Building something interesting, or just want to say hi? My inbox is always open.

Email

The fastest way to reach me is chris@delacour.co.nz. I read everything that arrives there and reply to anything that isn't a cold sales pitch, usually within a couple of working days.

If you're writing about a project, the three things that help most are what you're building, roughly when you need it, and what already exists — a repository, a design file, a running app, or nothing at all. Any of those is a fine starting point.

Support for the apps

Bug reports, feature requests and questions about Outpost, Nimbus, Quarry or Folio go to the same address. Please say which app and which version — every download page shows the current version number, and the apps update themselves from it.

None of the desktop apps have a support account system, because none of them have accounts at all. Email is the whole support channel, and it reaches a person rather than a queue.

Elsewhere

Code and open work live on GitHub (https://github.com/urbanchrisy). Work history and longer-form updates are on LinkedIn (https://linkedin.com/in/christian-mitchell), and shorter ones on X (https://twitter.com/urbanchrisy).

I'm based in the United Kingdom and work with teams across Europe, North America and New Zealand, so time zones are rarely the blocker.
